Water Treatment Plant – Oswego, NY
This installation included instrumentation for wastewater monitoring, automated controls for four (4) variable frequency driven raw water pumps, PLC based controls sequence pumps to maintain influent wet well level, and instrument interfaces to the data acquisition system.
Water Treatment Plant – Geneseo, NY
In this project, control of the water treatment process was expanded to include raw water pumping and finished water distribution. The system uses an Allen -Bradley SLC-500 PLC for control interfacing to an IBM Pentium. The system also includes remote monitoring via a modem utilizing remote View Node at the sewage treatment plant, along with type PC supervisory controls using Wonderware.
Water Treatment Plant – Westfield
Installed control of water treatment processing including multiple location raw water pumps with speed control. Field equipment was enhanced with streaming current detectors and particle counters along with level and flow controls.
