VFD Pump Control Systems
Wastewater Treatment Plant – Kingston, NY
A PLC based bubbler multiple control pump was installed with applications within the wastewater treatment plant, including field instrumentation.
Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrade – Washingtonville, NY
VSG Enviromation provided four (4) triplex variable speed pumping systems and a main instrumentation panel for control, and monitoring, of a wastewater treatment plant, as well as a IDEC FA Series PLC control for sequencing and alarming.
Wastewater Treatment Plant – Tonawanda, NY
A sewage pumping station control and instrumentation panel was installed, utilizing a Modicon 984 PLC and a 125 HP variable frequency drive for wet well level control, along with monitoring equipment protection for the pumps and drives.
Water Treatment Plant – Oswego, NY
Instrumentation for wastewater monitoring was installed. Automated controls were installed on four (4) variable frequency driven raw water pumps. PLC based controls were added to sequence pumps to maintain influent wet well level, and link instrument interface for data acquisition system.
Erie County Sewer District #1
A Modicon Micro 612 multi-pump control was installed on four (4) VFD’s, based on constant level bubbler system, along with a Zoid operator interface, and customer control panels were integrated into a system with Halmer/Robicon VFD controls.
